Return Policy

Totem True values customer care and is committed to ensuring each customer is completely satisfied. We accept returns or exchanges up to 15 days from the date of purchase. In order for a mat to be eligible for return or exchange it must meet the following conditions: 

- Mat must be in its original condition and original packaging.

- In rare occurrences where a mat may not meet the highest standards of manufacturing integrity and quality performance.

Totem True is otherwise unable to accept returns for non-defective, used mats or items that have been altered or damaged after being received.

All sales items are final. If an item goes on sale after you purchased it for full price, we will not price adjust. Sale items cannot be returned- NO EXCEPTIONS.

How to make a return or exchange:

Please email info@totemtrue.com within 15 days of the date of purchase. 

Totem True is unable to refund initial shipping fees or return shipping costs. 

Totem True Event Sales:

Any item purchased at an official Totem True event is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable for any reason. We thank you for understanding this policy.
